Our extensive dispensary allows us to prepare custom herbal prescriptions specifically for you. We use lifestyle strategy and counselling, acupuncture, traditional bodywork therapies (cupping and gua sha), and the best of our experience in helping you navigate a pathway to better health.

We care for people seeking all sorts of mind-body maintenance, including body aches, gut issues, poor energy and stress support. Our clinical passion is reproductive health; particularly menstrual issues, fertility and perimenopause.
